1. What This Is

This is a community testing database provided under the GridLab brand. It is provided as a tool for sim racing teams to log and share car testing data ahead of race weekends.

GridLab is a trading name of AJ Tech Consulting Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 17193930). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

2. Who Can Use It

Access is limited to registered team members and invited guests. Each team has its own isolated database — you can only see and modify data for the team you are logged into.

3. Your Data

• We store your username, display name, and hashed password.
• Test data you log (lap times, fuel figures, notes) is stored in your team’s database.
• All data is stored on a private server and is not shared with third parties.
• There are no cookies used for tracking — only a standard PHP session cookie for authentication.

4. Fair Usage

• Log genuine test data. Don’t submit fabricated or misleading results.
• Respect your teammates’ data — don’t delete others’ results.
• Don’t attempt to access other teams’ databases or accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

The testing data logged here is contributed by team members for community use. Please don’t redistribute another team’s data without their permission. Game names, car names, and track names are the property of their respective owners.

6. No Warranty

This tool is provided “as is” with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or data retention. Backups are taken regularly but data loss is always possible. The site administrators are not responsible for any decisions made based on test data logged here.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
